- Verify email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited commercial email (spam).
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass the platform's security mechanisms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Upload lists containing sensitive personal data (e.g., health information, financial data) beyond standard email addresses.
Compliance
You must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, treaties, and regulations in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to the CAN-SPAM Act, CASL, and GDPR.
Violations
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts due to policy violations.
