By accessing or using the InboxIQ service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

InboxIQ provides an email list verification platform designed to reduce bounce risk, identify risky records, and help customers create cleaner sending files. We do not provide guaranteed inbox placement, guaranteed deliverability, guaranteed spam trap detection, or guaranteed complaint prevention.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you upload. You warrant that you have the right to process the email addresses submitted to our platform in accordance with applicable privacy laws (such as GDPR or CCPA). You may not use InboxIQ to verify illegally obtained lists, scraped data, or purchased lists.

4. Limitations of Liability

InboxIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Payment and Credits

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable but do not expire as long as your account remains active.
